Kellermeister founder, Ralph Jones always said Shiraz and Cabernet were an inspired, if unlikely, ensemble of a brass band and an symphony orchestra that played so wonderfully together. As he saw it, this ensemble combined to show the generous upfront fruit of the Shiraz - the brass band, and follow with the linear structure, complexity and lingering interest of the Cabernet - the symphony orchestra.
