Group Booking Enquiry Form

Thank you for your interest in visiting Kellermeister. We welcome groups 7 days a week. 

To ensure all our visitors enjoy the magic of Kellermeister we ask that you read and agree to our terms and conditions and submit the below form below no later than 24 hours prior to departure.


GROUP BOOKINGS – 4 to 8 visitors 

- Non-redeemable tasting fees are applicable

- The tasting fee for your entire group is payable in one transaction by credit card on arrival

- Groups may arrive as early as our opening hours start and last arrival is an hour before we close

- Latest group booking on a weekend is 3pm and 4pm weekdays

- The tasting is our Classic Tasting Flight which includes 6 wines

- The tasting will guarantee your reserved seats for the maximum of 1 hour

- We can cater to up to 8 people for weekday tastings and up to 6 people for weekend/​public holiday/​school holiday tastings

- Groups of 4+ on weekends/​public holidays are required to book, or we may not be able to accommodate your group.

- Groups of more than 9 people may be possible but will be accessed on a case by case basis. To enquire please email cdoor@​kellermeister.​com.​au

• Platters must be prebooked for weekend bookings and are not available for order after 3pm on all days. 

For group booking of 12+ people, due to liquor licensing, a food element is needed.

We do not allow BYO drinks or food.

We do not allow licensed buses, birthdays, hens or bucks at our Cellar Door.
